We have served the people of Greater Victoria, the Peninsula, and the West Shore since 1990.

RIV is an inter-municipally funded service working in partnership with the Victoria Integration Society and the Disabled Sailing Association of BC, Victoria Branch.

The Victoria Integration Society receives funding from Community Living British Columbia, the Ministry of Children and Family Development, Service Canada, and both private and corporate donations.

The Disabled Sailing Association of BC, Victoria Branch receives funding through the Province of British Columbia, Service Canada, and both private and corporate donations.
